This Privacy Policy explains how NeuroSet ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the NeuroSet mobile application ("the App").

NeuroSet is a wellness companion app designed to support brain retraining practices. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

By using NeuroSet, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

When you use NeuroSet, you may provide us with:

• Profile Information: Your name and practice preferences
• Health & Wellness Data: Symptoms you're working on, triggers you've identified, and intensity ratings
• Session Data: Duration, exercises completed, and phases practiced
• Visualization Preferences: Content preferences (partner type, dietary, religious settings)

We automatically collect:

• Usage Data: App launches, sessions started and completed, features used
• Diagnostic Data: Crash reports and performance metrics (via Apple's MetricKit framework)

We do not collect:

• Location data (precise or approximate)
• Contacts or address book information
• Photos, videos, or audio recordings
• Browsing or search history outside the app
• Financial or payment information (Apple handles all payments)
• Advertising identifiers or tracking data
• Email address (unless you contact us for support)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide App Functionality: Enable you to complete practice sessions and track progress
• Personalise Your Experience: Filter and display content based on your preferences
• Track Your Progress: Calculate streaks, display insights, and show your practice history
• Improve the App: Analyse crash reports and performance data to fix bugs and improve stability
• Respond to Support Requests: If you contact us, we use your information to assist you

We do NOT use your information for:

• Advertising or marketing
• Selling to third parties
• Profiling for purposes unrelated to app functionality

NeuroSet is designed with a local-first approach:

• All your health and wellness data is stored on your device
• We do not operate servers that store your personal data
• Your data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud Sync:

• Your data is stored in your personal iCloud account
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple
• Sync is entirely under your control — you can disable it at any time
• We do not have access to your iCloud data

• Data stored on your device is protected by iOS encryption
• We use Apple's secure frameworks for data handling
• We do not transmit sensitive health data to external servers

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Apple: Anonymised crash reports and performance metrics may be shared with Apple through MetricKit for diagnostic purposes
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request
• Protection of Rights: We may disclose information to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others

We do not use third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs.

You can view all your data within the App, including your profile, preferences, session history, and progress.

You can delete your data by:

• Uninstalling the App (this removes all local data)
• If using iCloud Sync, you can delete iCloud data via iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage

You can enable or disable iCloud Sync at any time in the App settings or via iOS Settings.

NeuroSet is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@neuroset.app and we will delete it.

NeuroSet is developed in Australia. If you use the App from outside Australia:

• Your data is processed on your device
• If you enable iCloud Sync, data is stored in Apple's iCloud infrastructure, which complies with international data transfer requirements
• We do not transfer your data to servers outside your device or iCloud

• On-Device Data: Retained until you delete it or uninstall the App
• iCloud Data: Retained in your iCloud account until you delete it
• Diagnostic Data: Apple retains MetricKit data according to their policies

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• For significant changes, we may notify you via the App
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
